Trainee Estate Agent, Richmond upon Thames, London - Great career opportunity in property for someone who enjoys working with people

• In this role you will show clients beautiful properties worth between £700,000 - £4,000,000
• A minimum salary of £25,000 pa will be guaranteed until you are ready to move to a Sales Negotiator package with commission to give OTE of £30,000+ pa in the first year and substantially more in future years as a fully trained Estate Agent
• Full training and funding for property professional NAEA Propertymark qualifications
• Great professional property career potential
• You must have a UK driving licence - pool cars are available for property visits
• Please note you will be required to work some Saturdays
• Candidates will need to live with in easy commuting distance of Richmond upon Thames

As Trainee Estate Agent in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full sales process:

• Registering client details and requirements
• Updating clients and keeping in touch with them
• Sourcing and marketing potential properties to sell
• Showing clients around beautiful multi million pound properties in the Richmond area
• After full training you will become involved in negotiating offers to close property sales
• Enjoy the satisfaction of happy clients alongside the significant financial rewards of this role

What we are looking for:

• Someone who has great communication skills with a good telephone manner
• You should be motivated and keen to provide an exceptional professional service to clients from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
• Someone who is eager to learn and comply with property legislation
• You must hold a UK driving licence
• Candidates will need to live within easy commute of Richmond upon Thames
• Accuracy, numeracy and good attention to detail
• Local knowledge of Richmond or the surrounding areas would be an advantage
