Are you looking for an AV Account Director position and want to join one of the agencies in the 'big six'. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work with one of their newest wins.
This client is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as an AV Account Director. As the AV Account Director you will possess strong negotiating skills and can build media owner relationships. The new AV Account Director will be confident working with PowerPoint and Excel.
The agency you will be joining has a team of 65 and they are all passionate about what they do and they are dedicated to promoting diversity & inclusion within the agency to make sure everyone feels welcome. The client you will be working on is one of this agencies newest wins and are one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK.
The Role
- To be the day-to-day investment lead across our client portfolio with account management including value and pricing delivery across a range of AV channels (TV, Video, Cinema, Sponsorship), feeding into the Head of AV and CIO.
- To lead and manage the output of our team, consisting of a graduate and 2 managers, to deliver gold standard buying to generate the best campaigns and results for our clients.
- To help grow and advance our team; to teach, manage, and support, and develop juniors' capabilities by putting together, and managing, individual development plans.
- To lead on planning and presenting in-depth rationales spanning the media landscape, whilst working closely with the comms planning team from briefs to developing media plans, to activation and post-campaign analysis.
The Candidate
- 5+ years of TV experience, ideally across both DR and brand.
- Thorough knowledge of widely used industry systems and tools (Mediaocean, TechEdge, TVSquared, Adalyser).
- Commercial awareness and understanding to ensure we are always driving value for our clients and the agency.
- Advanced presentation skills and familiarity with presenting regularly.
