Team Property Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Manager to work client side and join this family owned leading Property Company in Cambridgeshire.

Who will I be working with?

An independent Property Consultancy, who are renowned for providing the highest standards in customer service. In brief, you will be working closely with the Head of Residential to achieve and exceed department performance against targets. You will lead, manage, and develop a team of Property Managers (5) empowering them to effectively manage their own portfolio of properties, while also running your own portfolio.

What will I be doing?

• Manage, motivate, support, and develop the Property Managers.
• Carryout regular 1:1 appraisals.
• Monitor and manage staff and team performance including training, appraisals and development.
• Prioritise workloads to ensure collective company targets are met.
• Ensure properties are advertised to a high standard.
• Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties.

What do I need to apply?

To succeed in this role, you must have previous management experience, preferably within the property industry. Property Management and Negotiator experience is also desired. You must be a confident, independent, and proactive manager, with a drive to succeed. This is a varied role, and good numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
