- Researching new candidates through headhunt training, databases, job and you're your network on LinkedIn
- Creating market maps requiring extensive research
- Attend client meetings to understand what your clients require
- Work with both client and candidate for the best outcome
Graduate - Executive Search Consultant: The ideal candidate
- ABB minimum at A Level
- University degree from a Top 20 University
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Consistently go above and beyond in extra-curricular achievements
- Motivated to be the best and work towards promotions
Graduate - Executive Search Consultant: The Benefits
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £50,000-£60,000)
