Job: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Opportunities to join the

- Southern team

-Midlands team

-Northern team

Salary: £28,000-35,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

An exciting oppotunity has arisen at one of the UKs leading FM companies who are looking to further expand their team due to some new exciting project wins which has lead to a large acquisition of various gold standard clients.

They are therefore looking to recruit an additional legionella risk assessor to be based in Bristol; working on national projects throughout the UK.

Duties:

  • Overseeing the carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments
  • Use provided schematic drawings to complete report
  • Producing final reports electronically using tablet provided
  • Optional additional work with water technician team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry
  • An approved Legionella Risk Assessment qualification eg. City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc
  • A good working knowledge of ACOP L8 & Guidance Documents
  • A good working knowledge of commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these
  • Experience of Water System in and around local authority / housing association establishments
