They tackle hard engineering challenges by thinking outside of the box.

Their projects are innovative and technology-driven, and the Senior Project Manager is pivotal in driving a project's success.

No two projects are the same and every day will have a provide a new challenge. If you're adaptable and driven with a background in engineering, this could be the place for you.

What will you be doing

• Provide time and cost estimations to clients during the bidding process
• Identify and manage risk
• Act as the principal point of contact for the clients during project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects at a time
• Provide governance and provide direction to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Change management
• Work alongside the sale team to sell projects.

What skills and experience are needed

• Ability to work with Agile methodology
• People management, the ability to get the best out of your team, lead and influence them.
• Understanding of the full electronic development lifecycle.
• Experience working closely with engineers and other technical teams.
• Comfortable with communication with clients of all levels.
• The ability technical request to a non-technical audience
• MS Projects
• A background in engineering design background, in electronic hardware or embedded software is key.
• Electronic engineering degree or similar.
