Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Housing Support Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Bridgend.Working within the Housing and Regeneration Team you will provide support to the Housing Solutions Manager and duties will include:
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries regarding emergency accommodation
  • Organising meetings, to include co-ordinating calendars, taking and distributing meeting notes and circulating documentation
  • Maintaining and updating computerised systems and electronic filing systems
  • Processing Spend to Save applications, ensuring all information is correct
  • Ensuring service charges for housing projects are paid and issue notice of arrears and warning letters for non-payment or violation of tenancy licences
The successful candidate must have:
  • QCF (NVW) Level 3 or equivalent
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS office to include Word and Excel
  • Excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative ensuring deadlines are achieved
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
