Graduate Building Surveyor

The Company

Continued growth has created a fantastic new opportunity for a graduate Building Surveyor to join this leading national multi-disciplined Consultancy.

The Position

Your duties will include providing technical support for:

• Party wall surveying on a wide variety of projects
• CDM commissions including acting as principal designer
• Health & safety advisors to contractors
• Assisting with asbestos surveys
• Preparing construction management plans
• Carrying out schedule of conditions
• AutoCAD drafting
• General technical support for all building surveying disciplines

The Person

• Ideally you will have an RICS accredited building surveying degree
• Excellent communication skills
• A determination to succeed
• A full driving licence and own transport is essential as some travel will be required.
