Commercial Manager

The Client We are recruiting for our client who are a major Tier 1 M&E contractor and they require an experienced Commercial Manager with an FM background. Working across a variety of sectors that include residential, defence and leisure and projects, fire & security and service engineering, they are very effective at what they do and enjoy a multi million pound turnover and impressive profit margins. The Role and its Responsibilities Accountability for lifecycle of projects Smooth running of contracts Risk minimisation Full accountability for profitability, forecasts, variations Reviewing of contracts Team motivation Working closely with clients Manage subcontractors Problem solving Relationship building Meetings Site visits Safety management Reporting to board The Individual You should be a motivated candidate who can drive the commercial plans and performance of projects. A successful candidate should be able to problem solve along the timespan of projects and should have relevant experience from within an FM M&E background in a managerial role. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a client facing role and confident dealing at a senior management level. Skills and Qualifications Relevant industry qualifications Experience at working for a Tier 1 M&E contractor on high value projects Salary and Package The client is offering a fantastic remuneration package of £70 - £80K for the FM Commercial Manager role along with company benefits and a car / allowance.
