Tutor/Learning Coach Custody/Detention Permanent position Heathrow We are seeking Tutors/Learning Coaches This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation who value and appreciate staff, offering excellent prospects DUTIES To deliver level 3 custody and detention officer apprenticeship Delivering via face-to-face sessions in the classroom environment and sone ln line delivery/remotely Dealing with new Prison Officers for the Custody and Detention To work with a caseloads of learners Inspire and motivate learners to achieve qualifications on time Ensure marking and feedback to the learner is accurate and supports their development Produce reports based on KPIs ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE Previous experience of working within a custodial environment and relevant qualifications Car owner is essential for the role BENEFITS: Salary to £28,750 per annum Mileage paid 37 hours per week Generous holiday entitlement Pension Scheme All equipment is provided to complete the role Development opportunities through our own in-house programmes and recognised qualifications
