Commercial Vehicle body Fitter

Job Summary Stonetech Recruitment are working exclusively with Collier Truck Builders who are a premium commercial rigid truck body manufacturer and vehicle bodywork specialist for the UK haulage industry. Established in Witham for over 40 years, we pride ourselves in delivering superior quality through extensive expertise and innovative ethos. Duties and Responsibilities: + Construction of all types of body work including Beaver tail, platform, curtain side and drop side bodies. + Carrying out HGV body and chassis repairs + Working with metals, steel and ally + Repairing GRP panels and light weight panels + Fabrication, cutting, grinding and fitting of various components + Preparation of various vehicles for refurbishment + Using various power tools and occasionally working from ladders + Complying with the relevant Health and Safety requirements including the correct use of PPE Additional information + Working hours: 07 30, Monday Friday.
