Position: Humanities Teacher Key Stage: 3 & 4 Location: Suffolk Start date: January 2023 Pay: Dependant on experience About the school: This academy has outstanding facilities across each department, our school is currently looking for passionate teachers to continue the progressive improvement this school is enjoying. You will need to have an innovative forward thinking manner and enjoy working closely with pupils, parents and the community. The role: We are looking for a qualified Humanities Teacher who can teach key stage 3 & 4. This is a part time role for two days a week. An up to date knowledge of the UK curriculum is essential. NQTs will be considered for this role. The successful applicant is expected to: Qualifications -Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Effectively teach 3 and 4 key stage Humanities curriculum to the highest standards. Ability to teach Chemistry at Key stage 5 is essential. Assess and mark pupils work, monitoring progression levels. Deliver fun and engaging lessons that also challenge and develop learning. Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and other staff members.
