Teaching Assistant

We currently have a number of schools within Kingston Upon Thames who are looking for teaching assistants and support staff, to join them. We have recently had an increase in the number of teaching assistant and support roles we have had come in. These have been a combination of daily supply, short term cover and long term roles. We aim to pay our TA's a competitive rate and try our very best to find them suitable work in welcoming and supportive schools. Generally the schools have a particular interest in staff looking to progress up into higher roles, including teaching posts. A number of them offer schools direct teacher training courses for those they feel could be applicable for it. They offer fantastic CPD programs for all staff interested in attending them. They are also happy to offer extra responsibility to those wanting to take them on.
