A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join their Huddersfield office, to assist on working on a range of schemes including commercial and residential works with a mixture of both professional services and project-based works. The Building Surveyor will be operating as a key member of the team with a genuine chance to progress in the business, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally. Ideal Building Surveyor Candidate:

• RICS or CIOB accredited construction degree MRICS/MCIOB qualified desirable but not essential
• 4 years post qualification experience, ideally in both new build & refurbishment projects
• Proven site experience & providing similar services in your current role
• Confident communicator & experienced in client facing roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A 'self-starter' able to be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy & self-motivation.
