This school is looking for a Teaching Assistant / TA to join their family, working full time, starting as soon as possible. This will be on a temporary basis with the potential of a permanent position for the right member of staff. The successful Teaching Assistant / TA must be able to support the teacher with planning, preparing and managing the classroom whilst keeping the pupils safe but engaged. The role is part-time working 2 afternoons a week and will start ASAP and will also be ongoing in January! The salary will be paid at a rate of £60 - £75 per day. The successful Teaching Assistant / TA must have: Desire to get stuck in and ability to think on their feet Confident and able to provide the support needed Ability to incorporate differentiation and adjust teaching styles to fit the pupil s needs Can do attitude and motivated to inspire the children Previous experience is preferred but not essential All our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance, and there s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
