Salary: £21,000 - £28,000 Reference: SM4049 S Knights Recruitment is a specialist Employability & Skills Recruitment Agency. We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK. Introduction: S Knights Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a well established training provider that support people back in to employment across many different regions. Within this role they are looking for candidates who have experience within government funded provisions such as AEB, ESF and Traineeships to support people with employability skills. This is a full-time permanent role where we are looking for numerous candidates based in locations such as Gravesend, Chatham, Maidstone and Sittingbourne. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Tutor in Employability , you will be responsible to: Support long term unemployed learners by guiding them and addressing any barriers they may have. Developing learners knowledge and skills in the skills course they are learning Delivering the Employability Skills course to a classroom of 12 to 15 learners per cohort effectively Providing learners that are struggling on programme with additional 1 to 1 support when necessary Experience and Skills As a Tutor in Employability you will be required to have the following: Hold a Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, AET or Equivalent Experience delivering Employability courses on funded provisions such as AEB, ESF or Traineeships Experience teaching in a classroom based environment to learners with multiple barriers Hold a full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS Apply now for the Tutor in Employability
