Salary: £21,000 - £28,000 Reference: SM4051 S Knights Recruitment is a specialist Employability & Skills Recruitment Agency. We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK. Intro: S Knights Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced and skilled employability tutors, that have experience in delivering AEB and short courses. This is for a well established and successful training provider that are currently supporting thousands of people back in to employment. This is a full to time, permanent, face to face role based in Wiltshire. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Tutor in Employability , you will be responsible to: Support learners back into employment by supporting with employability skills, interview technique's. Manage a cohort of learners effectively. Support learners 1-1 if needed. Handle personal or work related administration tasks. Experience and Skills As a Tutor in Employability you will be required to have the following: Hold a Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, AET or Equivalent Experience delivering Employability courses on funded provisions such as AEB, ESF or Traineeships Experience teaching in a classroom based environment to learners with multiple barriers Hold a full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS Apply now for the Tutor in Employability
