Intro: S Knights Recruitment are recruiting for a well-established and successful training provider that specialises in the delivery of apprenticeships. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Trainer in Management, that has experience and techniques to support a cohort of learners through their management level 5 apprenticeship. This is a hybrid role that will require some occasional visits to the head office in Chesterfield along with occasional visits to see learners. Role and Responsibilities: As a Trainer in Management, you will be responsible for the following: Supporting cohort to enable them to pass and achieve their assessors' qualification Deliver training up to a level 5 in Management Keep up to date and compliant with all administration needs Set up 1-to-1s with learners, and support them through the apprenticeship Manage your caseload of learners to ensure assignments are being completed to the standards of the organisation and in line with awarding body Experience and Skills: The ideal Trainer in Management will require the following experience: Have an assessor qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA OR D32/D33 Qualified trainer, holding the PTTLS, CTTLS, DTTLS, or equivalent qualifications Experience delivering Management up to a level 5 Hold a qualification in Management / have relevant vocational experience Experience delivering in further education and understanding the apprenticeship standards Apply now for the Trainer in Management Role
