Trainer in AET

Introduction: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Trainer in AET. This is for a successful and well-established training provider that supports people and businesses with the skills they need to become successful. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in delivering or being able to deliver the Level 3 award in education. This is a permanent, part-time role that is based in the regions of Peterborough, Cambridge, and Fenland and you will be required to work 18.5 hours a week. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Trainer in AET, you will be responsible for: Delivering an Award in Education and Training at Level 3 to support the learners develop their skills and be ready for employment Enroll the learners in the training course they want to achieve the qualifications from Plan and provide assessments to the learners to test and ensure that they comprehend the taught lessons given to them Ensure that the learning environment of the learners is conducive to learning Build strong relationships with stakeholders and employers and provide updated feedback on candidates Experience and Skills: As a Trainer in AET, you will need the following to be successful: A teaching qualification at level 5 and up (QTS or PGCE) A level 2 Functional skill or equivalent Knowledge in the adult learning sector and information on how to apply for employment and training Ability to use computers and programs such as email, databases, etc Approachable, flexible, and great communication skills Apply now for the Trainer in AET role
