IQA/Quality Coach Home based role We are seeking an IQA/Quality Coach for this extremely successful and financially stable training provider. Managing a team of Assessors and Delivery Managers on a remote basis, these are all based nationally who deliver and assess in Accountancy and Tax however this experience is not required for this role, as long as you have experience in IQA or assessing in management level 3 or HR or financial services, or learning and development or HR as these are then transferable skills, the company do train Must have IQA experience though in any disciplines as long as assessed in any of the above Observation of teaching, learning and assessment, learner journey and portfolio sampling Delivering staff training when needed Keep fully up to date with Ofsted, Awarding organisation and other stakeholder requirements Helping to prepare and facilitate external quality visits Validating the technical end point assessment requirements and supporting the assessors with interim and pre-gateway checks CAVA or V1 or D34 qualified Experience of standards and EPAOs Attending meetings quarterly in either London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds, whichever is closest for you to travel to, all travel is paid for upfront Salary and Benefits £35,254 per annum 28 Days Holidays + Stats 5% Company Pension Life Insurance X 4 Income Protection 26 weeks at 50% Salary Sacrifice Health Screening Free eye test and £50 towards glasses Volunteer days
