Trainer in Residential Childcare

We are proud to be recruiting for an independent training provider who specialise in delivering Apprenticeships in the care sector. This is a full time, permanent role, on a remote basis within the West Midlands. Our client have been established for over 10 years and provide apprenticeships in Residential care/childcare, health and social care and have most recently been involved in the beauty sector. They are looking for a qualified and experience Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor to join their close knit team to deliver the Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Level 3 and CYPW Family Manager Level 5. The Trainer in Residential Childcare will require the following experience: Deliver the standard Residential Childcare Level 3 and CYPW level 5 apprenticeships Motivate and support learners through their apprenticeship, providing training and feedback throughout and where necessary Ensure learners are continuously updating their off the job training records Effective management of workload and diaries to ensure efficiency in learner visits Support and develop learners knowledge and understanding of the programme ready for EPA The Trainer in Residential Childcare will require the following experience: Possess a teaching qualification such as PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS, AET or equivalent Possess am assessors award such as the A1, CAVA, TAQA, D32/D33 Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle Occupational competence working in the Residential Childcare, Childcare, CYPW or HSC industry Experience delivering Residential and CYPW apprenticeships from Level 3 to 5 Apply now for the Trainer in Residential Childcare role
