Trainer in ESOL

Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a trainer in ESOL for an award winning company that has both learners and colleagues at the heart of what they do. The role will be full time and will be suited for someone who can have flexible working hour during the week. As an ESOL Trainer you will be upskilling current ESOL Trainers and Tutors to provide them with a Level 3 ESOL Practitioner Level 3 qualification. This role will be suited for someone who is currently an ESOL tutor and would like to progress further in their career. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Trainer in ESOL, you will be responsible to: Support the learners in their learning journey by delivering the programme on time Follow the programme guidelines and create programme layouts Creating engaging and interactive lesson materials for the learners Monitor and evaluate the learners progress in areas of learning Focus on the ESOL learners needs and ensure to cover all courses Offer learning support and coaching to the learners Deliver training focusing on digital and literacy skills Ensure to achieve monthly targets and goals Keep the learners records accurate and up to date Experience and Skills: As a Trainer in ESOL , you will need the following to be successful: A level 7 English Language qualification in teaching, DELTA or equivalent. Degree level in education would be desirable A minimum of two years experience in teaching English Language Prior experience of teaching ESOL Experience in delivering webinars and teacher trainings Ability to work within a team and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and learners Excellent communication skills both written and oral Skills in ICT would be an advantage on this role Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic Apply now for the Trainer in ESOL role
