Teaching Assistant Tutor

Introduction: We are proud to be recruiting for a Teaching Assistant Tutor. Our client are looking for a qualified and experienced Tutor who will support with the delivery of the Teaching Assistant STLS apprenticeships at Level 2 and 3. They have been established for over 15 years and have supported hundreds of individuals to obtain a qualification in this field, they have won various awards and operate in the South of England. This will be a full time, permanent role, working on a remote basis with monthly travels to visit learners on site. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant Tutor, you will be responsible for: Delivering engaging teaching and learning sessions as required Conduct assessments and provide written and oral feedback after the results Prepare the learners for End Point Assessment and guide them throughout their apprenticeships Build relationships with the learners and ensure that they understand and complete their tasks before the deadline Monitor the progress of the learners and keep the records updated all the time Experience and Skills: As a Teaching Assistant Tutor, you will need the following to be successful: A level 3 standard Teaching Assistant qualification Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning at level 3 An assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA, D32/D33 or equivalent Ability to monitor, assess and provide feedback that enables the learners to develop their skills and behaviour Apply now for the Teaching Assistant Tutor role
