Assembly Team Leader Location Fareham Type: Permanent Working Hours Monday Friday A rare opportunity has arisen for an Assembly Team Leader to join a global organisation working within the Robotics industry. As an Assembly team leader you will hold responsibility for Leading the integration, test, and commissioning of Underwater Robotics. Key Responsibilities as an Assembly Team Leader: On time delivery of integrated and commissioned systems to the required industry/quality standards Maintaining a safe and clean working area and strict adherence to safety standards Skills and competence development of the integration team. This could include structured training plans, mentoring. Lead and develop the Integration Team Capacity planning for the integration area in line with business forecasts/project plans Collaborating with key internal stakeholders Supporting the relocation of the integration area to a new facility with minimal disruption.Skills/Knowledge Required as an Assembly Team Leader: Team Leadership experience Strong technical knowledge of the Robotics/ROV sector Lean manufacturing knowledge
