Position: Maths Teacher Location: Trafford Start Date: As soon as possible /January 2023 Start Salary: £150 to £220 per day GSL Education are recruiting Fully Qualified Maths Teacher to work within our client schools located in Trafford from January 2023 Starting/ immediately. For a Maths Teacher, This is a full-time, exciting, and challenging post which requires an enthusiastic, hardworking, conscientious, and energetic individual with a strong track record of raising attainment. As a Maths Teacher your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level Maths. Assist in the creation of an interesting and innovative Maths curriculum. To engage young people, using all available tools, including ICT and online resources. Follow the School s ethos, and behaviour management policy, supporting positive behaviour throughout the school. Encourage all students to learn independently. Participate in staff training days, meetings, and parent s evenings where applicable. Minimum candidate requirements for Maths Teacher: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Be able to teach Maths to GCSE and A-Level standards. Be able to provide two professional references from within the last two years that relate to your teaching. Be a committed educator who understands how special educational needs affect the teaching and learning methods used by young people. On the Update Service, you must have an enhanced Child Only DBS or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
