We are currently seeking for Key stage 2 Primary Supply Teachers who would like to work in Leicester for both immediate as well as January starts. Ideally, you should be an inspiring educator, able to promote your love of learning, even in the most challenging of situations. Additionally, working as a Supply Teacher would give you the flexibility to work as per your own schedule. The following criteria will be considered for the position: Primary teaching experience, with at least 12 months of classroom teaching experience (placements can be counted). Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with valid teaching qualification (such as B.Ed. or B.A) with a PGCE. Teachers having ECT/NQT status are also welcome to apply. Passionate about teaching and in command of techniques to keep students engrossed. The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. A flair for planning creative and effective lessons. The ability to direct a team of Support Assistants and work as part of a wider team across school if need be. Strong interpersonal skills and classroom behaviour management, lesson-planning, patience and empathy. Provide a safe and supportive environment where all pupils are encouraged to learn, progress, and have aspirations for the future.
