Management & Leadership Trainer - up to £33,000 - hybrid role If you are a seasoned Management & Leadership Trainer would you like to work for a high profile training provider with an enviable reputation for their innovative, and challenging management and leadership programmes? You would be working for an Investor s in People Gold Accredited training provider and delivering Institute of Leadership & Management level 3 and 5. You'd be working with new and experienced managers and team leaders at a globally recognised company. The training provider you will represent offer a blended learning approach with regular face to face delivery. The employer is based in Derby and you d be working from their offices delivering workshops about two days per month with additional one to ones and coaching. You will be paid 45p per mile travel allowance from home. There is a specialist Functional Skills Tutor, so apart from embedding functional skills, you DO NOT have to deliver functional skills support. Your caseload will be . You'd be working for an Ofsted Grade Good Training provider, established for over 10 years. This independent training provider has a solid reputation for delivering bespoke training and development programmes to both aspiring managers and to up skill existing managers. The reputation of their delivery team proceeds them and their financial security is based on repeat business from very satisfied clients. Essential Skills for the role of Management & Leadership Trainer As a Management & Leadership Trainer you will possess a business or management degree or managerial qualification at level 3 or above - HNC, HND, ILM, CMI or a degree. In a previous life you will have worked within managerial and senior level roles. This means you ll be able to draw upon past experiences to enrich your students' learning experience with you and give you instant credibility with your learners. You will be a seasoned Management & Leadership Trainer with experience delivering Team Leading / Supervising level 3 and Management level 3. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to get your learning points across clearly and concisely. As a professional Management & Leadership Trainer, your enthusiasm and motivation will mean learners will really engage with the training you deliver, which will benefit them in their working life as they take theory and put it into practice.
