FTC-Business Systems Analyst-Oracle Position Overview We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our experienced team. This position will be comprised of functional and support-related tasks and will play an integral role in the success of new business initiatives (including ERP Upgrade projects) as well as the continued success of current processes and systems. The incumbent will work directly with business leaders, business users, and IT colleagues to manage and support Enterprise applications, Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2, Oracle Cloud and others. This vacancy is for a highly motivated P2P and/or O2C Business Analyst who can quickly understand the business requirements from stakeholders. The right candidate must be able to manage stakeholders, understand their requirements and keep themselves updated with the product (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Financials, P2P and O2C features. Essential / Desirable Skills

  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience working ideally with Oracle ERP Applications either in R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Procurement Applications
  • Understands business analysis concepts, including requirements planning, communication, documentation, and solution validation
  • Experience of end-to-end design of processes and systems
  • Create process/system models, specifications, diagrams, and charts as required for clearly communicating project business requirements
  • Ability to work in large Global Teams and Interact with other Business Teams, other Functional Consultants/ Business Analysts
  • Ability to participate in business functional group meetings on a regular basis to understand business needs and challenges, and facilitate project needs
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience in tools such as Jira
  • Any experience/knowledge of Data Migration Process in one or more Oracle ERP implementations is desirable.
  • Any experience/knowledge of Knowledge of integrating third party systems into Oracle Cloud ERP is desirable.
  • Any experience/knowledge of Knowledge of implementing/Supporting Oracle ERP Applications either in R12 EBS or Fusion Cloud Financials or Procurement Applications is desirable.
  • Any experience/knowledge of Knowledge of writing functional specifications is desirable.
