They have an opportunity for an experienced interim Home/Service Manager who ideally has experience in managing specialist services such as ABI, although other similar backgrounds will be considered. My client is also ideally looking for someone who is a nurse by background and an active PIN would be preferred.
The assignment's initial duration is 3 months and it is essential that the candidate has experience in leading and motivating a team through a time of change. The required changes include culture, but also include changes to the way the service is run - changes for the better.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, motivator and be a visible on the floor presence. Although improvements are needed and process is of course important, there is a need here for someone who can lift and galvanize the team.
