The Building Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Excellent and accurate report writing skills
- Strong experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment Knowledge of building contracts
- Able to meet fee targets and generate new business
- Must be a good team player
- Business focused and willing to be involved in business development and building client relationships
In Return, the successful Building Surveyor will receive:
- £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
- Bonus scheme
- 25 days holiday, increasing over time
- Clear progression path
