Solicitor - Multi Track - London - Up to £56k + Bonus
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a highly regarded national employer who now have a new opportunity for an experienced and skilled Lawyer to join a team of highly successful personal injury lawyers in London office.
You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework, working on a varied caseload of multi-track accidents claims. You will represent clients who are victims of Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability and Occupier's Liability, as well as occasional cases involving product liability, sports injuries and injuries caused by animals.
With a passion for blending your technical expertise with your outstanding communication and client care skills, you will take pride in delivering a first-class legal service to the firm's clients. Having the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure swift progression, will be key to your success. To ensure you thrive in the role, the firm will provide you with structured supervision, coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment, where you can grow and shape your career.
As a qualified lawyer preferably with at least 5 years' PQE, you will deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process.
You will have significant experience of running multi-track cases from start to finish. Therefore, you will need to have excellent knowledge of the law relating to personal injury and the civil litigation process.
