Building Surveyor - West Midlands - 9 Months - £40/hour (Commercial)

One of my Local Authority clients in the West Midlands is looking for an interim Building Surveyor to manage their capital works programmes for planned and reactive maintenance.

Duties include:

- Project management

- Site inspections (1 day per week)

- Liaising with contractors and stakeholders

- AutoCAD drawings

The role is focused on corporate/commercial stock, with a bias towards schools, so experience of this is ideal.
