Child Care/Nursery - Early Years Practitioners (Qualified or Unqualified) Bath, Somerset. Ideally qualified at Level 2 and above, however our client does have the capacity to take unqualified staff or staff that would like a apprenticship and who show a passion to want to work with children and are committed to gaining the relevant qualifications - They would be happy to support you through this. Salary pay scale: £19,760.00 - £23,653.00 depending on experience and qualification. Salary is negotiable. Full time, permanent - 4 days a week 4 days a week - 36 contracted hours per week. Employees would have a rolling day off each week. Which will mean every 4-5 weeks, staff would have a long weekend by having the Friday and following Monday off work. The job role: You will work closely with managers and other nursery staff to create a positive environment in the nursery and to build close ties and relationships with parents and carers. You must have the highest regard and dedication to ensuring the nursery is the best it can be at all times. About the Nurseries: Both nurseries provide high-quality care and education for babies and children aged from three months to five years, 51 weeks of the year. They open from 7.30am until 6.30pm across Monday to Friday. They offers a range of flexible attendance schedules including full day, school days and morning and afternoon sessions, both all year round and term time only.
