Job Title: Data Systems Co Ordinator
Location: Home based (with expected travel to sites in Wimborne and Minehead
Salary : £25,652- £28,772
Hours: Full time / Permanent

We are currently seeking Data Systems Co Ordinator to join a leading provider of SEN educational services supporting over 800 children and young people and employing over 1,000 staff.

The role:
Your role will be to collect and present this data as and when required for the various members of the schools and colleges in Wimborne (Dorset) and Minehead (Somerset)

A key element of the role is our requirement to produce termly individualised learner record (ILR) data for the Department for Education.

Additionally you'll be involved in tracking attendance, retention, transfers, withdrawals, achievements and actively provide information and data to the Head of Education to help support intervention in underperforming areas.

You'll also be instrumental in ensuring the effective/bespoke timetabling for students as well as providing support for our Virtual Learning Environment

Experience /Qualifications:

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
Solid appreciation of how to collate, manipulate and present a wide variety of data from various systems/people
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to travel to sites as required
Excellent communication skills - all mediums/all levels
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail
