Retail Assistant / Barista
40 Hours per week (Overtime available at 1.25x hourly rate)
Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
£13 Per Hour

At Baxter Storey we are looking for a hard working Retail Assistant / Barista with a bright personality to join our retail team at a prestigious law firm based within the city where you will operate between both the café and employee dining area. As well as this there will be plenty of opportunity to work overtime within our hospitality department.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all standards of food preparation and service are provided in line with client expectations.
Meet, greet, and seat customers on arrival.
Ensure a professional and friendly service is provided to all our customers.
Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables.
Clean, polish cutlery and glassware as necessary.
Use your expertise to help your customers.
Make recommendations for methods of improving efficiency.
Experience/skills required:
Previous experience within catering/Hospitality.
Be organised and meticulous.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to prioritise and have a keen eye for detail.
Having knowledge of food safety and COSHH would be advantageous.
