This role is based in Production, Disclosure Operations and the Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that the DBS checking processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. All Police National Computer (PNC) matching processes, check applicants details against barring lists, identify which police forces to send applications to, resolve queries raised by the police and co-ordinate the fingerprint process for applicants are managed via the Operations teams.
Important:
Working from home opportunities are available however the successful candidate will be expected to work onsite within Shannon Court 2 days a week.
Due to the nature of the role, we would require the successful candidate to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

- Support and guide staff and managers to improve performance.

Desirable criteria
Demonstrable recent experience (within the last 12 months) of leading an operational team.
Demonstrable experience of performance management and an ability to influence performance through effective decision making and having brilliant conversations.
