Tezlom is looking to grow and take on a Permanent Recruitment Consultantto be part of the team. We are adventurous and would be happy to talk to consultants from a different sector that healthcare who may want to bring that sector to the business but we happy tot train you up in health and social care.

In a nutshell, we specialise in the recruitment of Care Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Nurses, Deputy Managers and Home Managers and serves some of the UK's largest, most renowned care providers such as including NHS Hospitals, EMI Homes, Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability Units and much more.

About The Role
This role will involve working Monday to Friday based in our Southport Office with travel required across the Northwest as necessary in the week to meet the client's demands and Needs.
This will involve creating new relationships, setting up and attending new business client meetings across the Northwest.
You will receive all the tools to do the job and make a success out of it, mileage paid for when attending meetings, all the training you could need to make yourself successful in this role. It comes down to you and how much you want it. We've got a really nice working environment at the office in Southport town centre.
Salary is £22-30k (depending on experience) per annum plus uncapped commission with no threshold.
We have pathways for the right people to become Senior and Principal Consultants too.

The ideal candidate should have:
A full UK driving license with own vehicle
A proactive and positive attitude
Good communications skills to ensure smooth communication with new and existing clients and candidates
Amazing IT Skills and competent with Excel, Outlook, and a CRM system
An ability to be organised and punctual.
A willingness to learn new skills
A focused and target driven attitude
The ability to be a team player
