As the first point of contact to our business, you'll be representing us to new and existing customers, so the importance of this role cannot be overstated.
Even if you haven't worked in a customer contact centre before, we will look to train you and provide you with the key skills you need to succeed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to around 20% email enquiries and 80% telephone call handling
Deal with customer issues, escalating where necessary
Accurately record and track all customer service requests and queries
Take ownership and accountability for all customer interactions
Report back to team leaders to improve on service
What You Need
Strong verbal and written communication
Good at building rapport
Organised
Calm under pressure
CRB / DBS Check will be carried out
