Our Customers & Markets team are leading and driving the delivery of our customer experience transformation programme, collaborating across the BU to determine customer needs and design the customer experiences that will support our financial aspirations and help us to become the respected construction company in the UK.

The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day project management and co-ordination of the Customer Experience SCA

This is a key role in which you will be responsible for administration of the project evaluation process which includes; customer data collection, verification and data control, Salesforce administration, invitation co-ordination with third party supplier, historic project evaluations comment coding

You Will:
  • Be responsible for administration of the annual relationship survey process which includes; customer data collection, verification and data control, Salesforce administration, invitation co-ordination with third party supplier, management of internal trackers for OUs, co-ordination of internal stakeholder pre-briefings
  • Oversee SCA programme management which includes; milestone tracking, management of risk register, monthly report to program office, quarterly report to program office, organise Steering Group and manage meeting materials
  • Undertake workshop planning for various workstreams within the SCA - venue / invites / access to tools needed - screens/flipcharts / stationery)


We're Looking For:

  • Advanced Office365 skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Recognised project management qualification
  • Proven organisational and project management experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder skills - must be able to deal with people at all levels
  • Excellent communications written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise, organise, multi-task and escalate when necessary
  • Demonstrable experience leading transformational programmes.
