About the Role

The Global Customer and Market Research Manager role will deliver a coherent research plan to facilitate the decision making and strategic planning across the ELT Division. Championing the customer voice ensuring this is at the heart of all decision making. Gathering and interpreting customer and market insight in an objective and structured manner through qualitative and quantitative market research methods, to support growth in global English language learning markets.

Building on a strong foundation the role will be key in identifying creative solutions to effectively reach our broad and evolving customer base globally to ensure they all have a voice in ELT's decision making.

Working closely with the Head of Research the planning, management and delivery of the research pipeline will be key, together with effective dissemination of the insights, embedding the research team as a respective and authoritative resource that acts as a true partner to stakeholders.

We operate a hybrid working policy and expect this role to require approximately 1-2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About You

You will have proven hands on experience of various qualitative and quantitative market research methods, gained through an agency or client side role. With experience in designing, running, delivering and managing the end to end research process, you will have solid project management skills combined with strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.

The role is key to facilitating decision making and strategic planning across the English Language Teaching Division, experience in concisely and effectively turning research finding into key insights is essential. Excellent communication and influencing skills are a must as this role will involve working with numerous internal and external stakeholders/customers where collaboration is a pre requisite.
