Job Description

Hotel Operations and Contracting Executive - major global quality tour operator group seeks someone to work with the team that manages the Operations & Contracting for the UK & Ireland tour products.

A varied role that would suit someone from a tour operations background who has some relationships with hotels and suppliers in the UK - part of this role will be to manage the relationship with key hotel suppliers, attending trade shows and events in the UK and Ireland, work closely with tour managers, attractions and restaurants and be the point of contract to the company Tour Directors and Tour Hosts. You will also be contracting and buying hotel space for additional and ad hoc tours.

Its a busy and varied role and will manage the operations process, booking transport, hotels, restaurants, guides and anything included on the tour. The company have a fantastic reputation for the level of service they produce on their 4 tours and they have created long term and close relationships with their key partners.
