The Ops Tech IT organization is seeking a Program Manager to build and execute global programs to help advance the employee experience.
This role will primarily focus on initiatives connected to Amazon's LP- Strive to be Earth's Best Employer. Additional scope of responsibilities includes PM-ing existing engagement programs and scaling them to a larger audience and standing up new programs that address employees' pain-points, development opportunities, and vision of an inclusive environment. One will also develop measurement plans to determine if such initiatives are successful and should scale larger than Ops Tech IT, and potentially WW Robotics.

Ops Tech IT provides 24x7 global IT support to Amazon Operations, including Fulfilment, Sortation, and Last Mile.
Operations Technology IT team is hiring a Program Manager who will collaborate with technical and business team members to create processes or products. You understand the program's customers and advocate on their behalf, communicating business objectives to team and stakeholders to deliver the best product or process with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will write clear and detailed program plans based on complex business requirements, and serve as an authority on program issues to business managers, stakeholders, and other program managers. You will track and evaluate data, and look for ways to ensure meaningful progress with the most efficient use of resources. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs while you provide seamless program execution.
Key Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to interface with all levels and geographies. You will have exceptional visibility and the opportunity to influence team strategy and execution in partnership with HR and business leadership:
- Ensure your program stays aligned with organizational objectives.
- Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences.
- Define key performance metrics - develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.
- Communicate new or updated programs and processes to leaders, employees, and cross-functional and geographic organizations.
- Program Management: Developing and managing a robust ID&E learning program engaging customers across various touch points and levels of learning, administration, tracking engagement and reporting.
- Facilitation: Raising the bar on facilitation of ID&E learning sessions and experiences.
- Influence: Ability to build consensus, secure commitments, partnering with and influencing internal teams and negotiate positive outcomes and experience across groups and teams.
- Develop and manage program from beginning to end, including program scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and program execution.
- Provide program management and direction to ensure the program team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team.
- Act as an escalation point for the program team and program stakeholders.
- Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in program scope, identify risks & issues, and devising contingency plans.
- Identify and manage program dependencies and critical paths.
- Track and communicate program milestones, deliverables and risks.
- Update or develop documentation on processes that are critical to successfully implementing your projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years program management experience from initiation to closure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Good vision, process-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.
- Proven expertise in leading complex programs across multiple geographies globally, working with cross functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data to find trends and process gaps.
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple programs and responsibilities.
