Cygnet Healthcare is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our team at Delfryn Lodge in Mold supporting Women under the Mental Health Act.
At Delfryn Lodge, you will find a state-of-the-art service that has been designed with wellness in mind, providing a safe and comfortable environment that promotes efficient rehabilitation and recovery. We are dedicated to understanding, stabilise and break the traumatic cycles of relapse that can impact service users' lives.
The Role:
As a support worker at Delfryn Lodge, you will be working as part of a team supporting and assisting residents under our care.
During your shift, you will be
• Assisting residents in day to day activates
• Going out on excursions with residents to cinemas, local swimming baths, zoos, and other outings
• Promoting resident independence and development by assisting with key skills learnings
• Learn about individuals' specific needs whilst becoming their key worker
• Undertaking on-site activities with residents such as Sensory Room Therapy
Shifts Times & Patterns:
You'll be working full-time hours, on a mixed shift pattern across days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
We work a Two-week rolling rota, week one is 36 hours and then week two is 48 hours working two weekends a month.
