Maintenance Technician

Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week

Salary: £24,500 per annum

Atlas Hotels is hiring a Maintenance Technician right now at the Holiday Inn Express Bradford City Centre

You'll need to have experience in maintenance and repairs previously, but you don't need to have worked in hotels before. Plumbing qualifications at NVQ 2 level and mechanical electrical qualifications would be an advantage.

Prioritise and undertake reactive repairs, communicating with colleagues throughout
Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks and compliance checks
Assist with 'out of hours' emergency call outs as required
Ensure Health and Safety standards are met at all times in your hotel
Support the Regional Property Manager with planned refurbishment
Proactively share insights with the Operational, Property and Maintenance team to improve overall service to guests
You'll need to be organised, methodical and logical and have a 'can do' attitude to get the job done
