We're looking for a Privacy Programme Managerwho expects more from their career. It's a chance to become a trusted partner to the business and define, conduct detailed planning for and lead the succesful delivery of the privacy programme, ensuring smooth running through adherence to best practice programme management.

What we expect from you
  • Define programme and project methodology, prioritised plans and delivery approach for the Privacy Programme using the initial baseline plan created Aug 2022)
  • Ensure successful delivery of the Privacy Programme
  • Establish and maintain the programme time reporting structure in support of programme reporting, estimation and budgeting.
  • Estimate resource and budget requirements for programme manage changes to this on-going, with support of HR, finance and stakeholders and via regular reporting.
  • Identify, communicate and manage dependencies across all stakeholders, contributorswithin the programme as a whole and individual projects to ensure all relevant parties are kept involved and up-to-date at all stages throughout the project life cycle. Escalate to stakeholders if any of these dependencies or deadlines may be significantly missed/have an impact on key project or programme milestones.
  • Identify, communicate and manage dependencies across other functions and programmes (including Tech and Security) outside of Privacy, tracking progress and impact on Privacy programme, escalating where required.
  • Track, prioritise and resolve issues and risks throughout the delivery process, taking decisions or providing recommendations to key stakeholders to help inform decisions.
  • Champion programme and project management processes to meet the organisation's business objective, including keeping abreast of best practice and ensure that all teams are using the best tools and processes available.
  • Accountable for the governance of the Privacy Programme and individual projects within the Privacy Programme.
