Job Description

We're looking for a Client Lead who expects more from their career. As we move into a new era of dunnhumby delivering Tesco insights, we're looking for a client lead to grow the use of Category Management and Price and Promotion tools with our CPG partners. We've built processes with Tesco to involve CPGs in making their Category Management and P&P decisions customer first, using the insights provided by our tools as a single source of the truth to drive mutual growth. It's an opportunity to bring world leading customer data to life and make a real impact in driving change and growth for our clients, and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.

What are my key responsibilities?
  • Being an expert and champion for our CatMan and P&P capability
  • Facilitate CatMan and P&P process launch workshops (attended by Client leads and suppliers)
  • Coordinate CPG inputs to the Tesco P&P and CatMan processes to ensure objectivity and coherence across categories
  • Support client leads on delivery of CatMan/P&P projects eg. Golden rules projects, category adjacencies and aisle flows
  • Support on the relaunch of new/improved products such as adjacencies and aisle flows, and planogram publisher into our CPG clients.
  • Attend sessions at Tesco to feedback on supplier inputs to CatMan/P&P decisions
  • Build use cases and marketing material to further grow our client numbers.
