Immediate Start! Recycling Operative! Day Shift Weekly Pay

This role is advertised by Smart Solutions on behalf of our client who is looking for Recycling Operatives in the Dartford/ Crayford area. This will be working in the Recycling centre, sorting through the materials on the conveyor belts.

Overview: _Immediate start job available with our well-established client._

Pay Rate: _£10.20 per hour_

_Bonus Scheme: £100.00 _ _New starter Bonus after 200 hours worked for new workers_

_Refer a Friend Bonus: £150.00 _

Working Hours:

12-hour shift 7am - 19.00hrs

Site operates Monday - Sunday so flexibility required

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

_Picking selective materials at defined rates from a moving conveyor_
_Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximized_
_Housekeeping of the cabins and the Materials Recovery Facility_
_Ad hoc duties throughout the MRF as required_
A_dherence to all site health and safety rules_

Requirements:

_Ability to work as a part of a team_
_Punctuality, reliability and flexibility_
_Attention to detail_
_Previous experience would be beneficial_
