About the Opportunity
At Studio Retail Limited we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we are now an exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Test Manager to set, lead and manage the FS test strategy and operating model, delivering testing capabilities into FS CI delivery projects, ensuring quality production ready systems solutions are in place.
As Financial Services Test Manager you will be:
Setting, leading and managing the approach and operating model for testing in Financial Services across multiple FS systems
Leading, managing, delivering and coordinating testing activities, aligned to the FS Delivery Programme priorities and needs
Establishing and ensuring team adherence to change governance, controls, methodologies and compliance standards and expectations.
Leading and driving the development of the team, where the performance and potential of people is maximised
You'll need the following:
Be a strong team leader who can quickly build loyalty and trust in a newly formed team and provides clear guidance and direction
Has a voice amongst the FS Change management team to help shape the direction of work being undertaken
Has a proven track record of test team management
Organised, focused and with a keen eye for detail
Skilled at prioritising and with a logical, methodical way of working
Enquiring and quick learning - able to ask questions and seek key information to understand what is being tested and how to do it
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment, handling multiple changes at any time
Good communicator with excellent oral and written skills
Ability to build strong relationships and engender trust
Proven ability to analyse data
Co-operative with the ability to work with people with a range of technical knowledge
Can act and think as an end user - understand the commercial and regulatory imperative that the business must work to
