About the Opportunity
As Studio Retail progresses through its digital transformation, this opportunity forms part of the wider organisational development of the Financial Services function.
Studio strives to put families at the heart of everything it does, offering them the best value on an aspirational range of products, with flexible payment methods. To deliver this to our customers, the pace is fast, and the working environment is dynamic. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to provide analysis on the performance of assigned Credit Risk systems and strategies, identifying opportunities to improve performance, contributing to the delivery of FS goals and objectives
Testing Credit Risk strategies and systems, producing MI and insightful analysis on their performance against expectations
Implementing and adhering to all governance, risk and compliance standards, ensuring strategies deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business
Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver strategy performance insight
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone from an FCA regulated environment with a passion for delivering commercial results through the effective use and evaluation of data.
Key skills include:
Experience of working within the retail, financial services sector
Experience of Credit Risk strategy development
Good working knowledge of financial sector compliance and governance, i.e., FCA, TCF, Data Protection
Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
Is delivery and customer focussed
Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach
Ability to produce and interpret data and information
Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
IT literate
