Receptionist - weekends
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and have excellent communication skills?
You'll become an important part of our front of house team when you join Brooklands Care Home in Drayton, Norwich as our Receptionist. You'll be polite, confident and will always go the extra mile to make our residents and their families feel welcomed.

Your role
As our Receptionist you will meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home ensuring that the correct Covid-19 measures are followed. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and will ensure that each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment whilst in the reception area. You'll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you'll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident's dignity at all times.
Here's some other important things you need to know:
You'll conduct family visits round the home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training you have received
You'll take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors, internal or external bodies.
